You’re an exceptional person with excellent customer service skills. Our winning team is awaiting you!

You will be responsible for:

  1. Responding to calls, emails and faxes from customers and territory managers
  2. Entering customer orders into the accounting system
  3. Arranging bulk deliveries with customers
  4. Promoting the company's products to customers
  5. Communicating with customers after a sale or the signing of a contract to ensure proper follow-up
  6. Completing various reports and forms related to customer follow-ups
  7. Keeping abreast of product innovations, competitors and market conditions 


  1. DEP in sales or DEC in complimentary domain
  2. Three (3) years in sales and/or customer service
  3. Analytical skills and rigor
  4. Mastery of the Office suite
  5. Fluency in oral and written French
  6. Fluency in oral and written English (asset)
