If the machine is already certified by another BIO lubricant supplier, we’ll require a copy of the certificate and proof of purchase of BIO-SYN HEES.

If you’re performing an initial conversion from mineral oil, we’ll send you a sample bottle to be filled with oil from the hydraulic oil reservoir once the conversion has been completed. In order to successfully interpret the chemical analysis necessary for BIO Certification, do not mix BIO-SYN HEES with any other brand of biodegradable hydraulic oil when performing the initial conversion.

Once certified, you'll receive a sticker to be applied to the machine and a certificate as proof of your compliance. BIO Certification is automatically renewed every two years with proof of purchase of BIO-SYN HEES. 

We suggest this simple cost effective conversion method:

1. purchase BIO-SYN HEES equal to 140% of hydraulic system’s total capacity
2. warm up machine and retract hydraulic components
3. drain hydraulic oil reservoir and refill with BIO-SYN HEES
4. connect hydraulic oil return line to waste container
5. operate each hydraulic component twice
6. reconnect hydraulic oil return line to hydraulic oil reservoir
7. top up hydraulic oil reservoir
8. replace hydraulic oil filters
9. fill the sample bottle with oil from the hydraulic oil reservoir and return it to us
