Reporting to: Director of Finance
Responsibility: Manage the complete administrative cycle of rolling stock (registrations, insurance, renewals); handle fuel tax declarations (IFTA) and ensure route sheet compliance; collaborate closely with the sales team on the implementation, documentation, and monitoring of financing and loyalty contracts; collaborate on and ensure the administrative follow-up of equipment loan contracts; participate in the continuous improvement of the department's administrative procedures; actively participate in our digital transformation project – ERP implementation; provide versatile support to the administrative team for any other related tasks.
Candidate profile: college diploma (DEC) in administrative techniques or vocational diploma (DEP) in accounting, or any other relevant training; two (2) years of experience in a similar role; knowledge of Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills; fluency in spoken and written French; fluency in spoken and written English, as many of our suppliers are based outside Quebec, and the incumbent will be required to use English regularly in their communications
