Reporting to: Production Supervisor
Responsiblity: Load and unload bulk products (railcars, trucks), totes, and drums; track the movement of bulk goods transported by railcar; collect product samples upon receipt and deliver them to the laboratory; maintain clean and safe loading and unloading areas and change pump filters; perform daily inspections and maintenance tasks and report any issues to the appropriate personnel; conduct various daily and monthly inventory checks; assist and provide relief coverage for the product formulation operator and provide support to the production and packaging departments when required.
Candidate profile: Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or have completed other relevant training; possess one (1) year of production experience; be able to operate a forklift; possess basic computer skills and knowledge of safety regulations; be in good physical condition and able to work at heights; required qualities: versatility, commitment to quality work, good stress management, analytical and teamwork skills, and adherence to processes.
Conditions: Permanent 40-hour-per-week position at the head office at 9 Rue Béland, L’Isle-Verte; bank of floating leave days; group insurance plan; employee and family assistance program (EFAP); employer-contributed pension plan; work clothing provided.
