Reporting to: Shipping Manager
Responsibility: Depending on the area (factory or warehouse), verify documents received during intake and product handling; organize and rotate raw materials; optimize storage space; load and unload shipments; supply production lines with raw materials; ensure product compliance before moving items into the warehouse; prepare customer orders based on received packing slips.
Candidate profile: Vocational diploma or equivalent work experience; one (1) year of safe forklift operation; one (1) year of experience in an industrial or warehouse setting; knowledge of safety regulations (on-site training provided); proficiency in warehouse management software (an asset); effective inventory management; required qualities: versatility, commitment to quality work, ability to handle stress, analytical and teamwork skills, adherence to processes.
Conditions: Permanent 40 hours per week position at the head office at 9 rue Béland, L’Isle-Verte; bank of floating leave days; group insurance plan; employee and family assistance program (EFAP); employer-contributed pension plan; work clothing provided.
