Reporting to: Production Supervisor
Responsibility: Operate and configure the robotic line to start production cycles; ensure production according to the established plan; take into account performance indicators; detect and report anomalies; perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment; adjust and control machine parameters (speed, calibration, etc.); ensure the supply of raw materials (containers, caps, labels, etc.); perform functional tests and resolve problems during production; ensure compliance with quality, health and safety standards; keep production and compliance records up to date; communicate issues to the team leader; contribute to any other related tasks.
Candidate profile: Possess a DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) or relevant experience in manufacturing; a minimum of two (2) years of production experience; a minimum of one (1) year of experience on a robotic assembly line; knowledge of quality standards; knowledge of safety regulations; experience with an ERP system; fluency in French (French-speaking work environment) and functional English (technical services for the robotic assembly line are in English); rigor, precision, and a commitment to quality work; ability to work in a team and motivate colleagues; organizational skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach; leadership and strong communication skills.
Conditions: Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) at the head office located at 9 Béland Street in L’Isle-Verte; hourly wage between $23.17 and $30.24, depending on experience; bank of floating holidays; group insurance plan; Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP); retirement plan with employer contribution; work clothes provided.
