CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

MAIN ROLE

Under the supervision of the Customer Service Coordinator, provide overall support to clients regarding orders, deliveries, complaints, and follow up accordingly with the coordinator and territory managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phone calls or emails from customers and territory managers
• Enter or import orders into the computer system
• Reach out to customers to schedule bulk deliveries
• Promote the company’s various products to customers
• Communicate with customers after sales or contract signings to ensure proper follow-ups
• When new equipment rental contracts are signed, ensure that bulk deliveries are carried out
• Ensure regular delivery of bulk products in accordance with contract terms
• In case of non-compliance with contracts (bulk loyalty), follow up with the territory manager
• Complete various reports and forms related to customer follow-ups
• Stay informed about product innovations, competitors and market conditions

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Increase in sales volume
• Implementation of new sales ideas
• No complaints regarding the customer service representative

DESIRED PROFILE

• High school diploma (required)
• College-level certificate in sales (AEC) or vocational diploma in sales consulting (DEP) (an asset)
• Two (2) years of experience in sales or customer service
• Intermediate or advanced level of English
• Knowledge of products
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Knowledge of competitors’ products
• Organizational skills
• Proper assessment of customer needs
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Sales aptitude
