Reporting to: Customer Service Coordinator
Responsiblity: Boost your career by becoming our next Customer Service Representative. You will be the point of contact between clients, territory managers and operations. You will play a key role in managing orders, tracking contracts, coordinating bulk product deliveries and the overall customer experience. Key responsibilities: respond to client and territory manager calls and emails professionally and efficiently; enter, import, and validate orders in the computer system; contact clients to schedule bulk product deliveries; coordinate bulk deliveries for new equipment rental contracts; follow-up and ensure compliance with contractual terms; promote the company’s products and services to clients; conduct necessary follow-ups in cases of contractual non-compliance in collaboration with territory managers; produce various reports and documents related to client tracking; actively participate in our transformation project – ERP implementation.
Candidate profile: two (2) years of experience in sales or customer service, knowledge of sales techniques, intermediate English since many of our suppliers are based outside of Quebec, the position holder will need to regularly use English in oral and written communications
Conditions: permanent 40 hours per week position, on-site position, flexible leave bank, group insurance plan, retirement plan with employer contribution
